Your advantages with our premium service


  • You will automatically receive any new updates as they become available. This will always work with the latest and most recent version of AutoSTAGE *. Updates include both feature enhancements and new symbols.
  • Personal contact for support requests by e-mail and phone. We provide our support by remote control with the TeamViewer so that we can locate and fix a problem directly at your site.
  • Generally, you will receive an answer to your question or problem in less than 24 hours. Most of the time it is even faster, often within a few minutes or hours.
  • Another advantage for you: you always talk to one of the developers of AutoSTAGE, so that we can help you best with our extensive expertise.
  • Symbol service for incorporating new symbols into the standard library. Let us know if you do not have a symbol in the default library. We then work this in, so that the new symbols will be available at the next update. If it has to be fast, we can also quickly provide you with the symbols as an update.
